This legal notice governs access to, browsing of and use of the website oterosalud.es (the "site"), whose purpose is to inform about Otero Salud's physiotherapy and osteopathy services and to make it easy to request an appointment. Access is free and requires no prior registration.

The user agrees to use the site and its contents lawfully and appropriately, in accordance with the law, good faith and public order. Any use for unlawful purposes, or that may damage, overload or impair the normal operation of the site, is prohibited.

8. Applicable law and jurisdiction

This legal notice is governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts of the user's domicile where the user is a consumer; otherwise, to the courts of Getafe (Madrid).
